With over 30 years of experience within the commercial real estate sector, Mr. Lehberg has extensive development and investment experience across multiple real estate asset classes, and holds
significant knowledge with respect to business structuring, operations and fundraising.
Mr. Lehberg brings a strategic lens to the BlackTusk team, advising on structuring, strategy and growth.
Howard Paskowitz

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate development and re-entitlement sector, Howard Paskowitz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the BlackTusk Advisory Team.
Currently an Vice President at Starlight Investments, one of Canada’s leading real estate investment companies, Mr. Paskowitz manages the development within the Canadian multi-family group.
Prior to joining Starlight, Mr. Paskowtiz held various senior leadership roles at Medallion Corporation, a leading private multi-family developer and manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Paskowitz has been responsible for the development process of over 10,000 rental apartments and single-family homes across Canada.
Mr. Paskowitz holds a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University and a M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from the Schulich School of Business.
Jamie Ziegel

Jamie Ziegel is a well-known and experienced Advisor and Leader within the Canadian Commercial Real Estate Industry. Known for his creative ability to find value and liquidity within assets and portfolios, Jamie has honed a unique process to lead the design, preparation, and presentation of pitches to best ensure success and then to work within teams to achieve the desired outcome of any assignment.
Over the past 35+ years in the industry, Jamie has worked in underwriting, brokerage, brokerage leadership, and investment banking leadership for companies including Royal LePage Commercial, Cushman & Wakefield Inc., and, most recently, TD Securities Real Estate Investment Banking Group, culminating in over $55 Billion in successful transactions to date. Through his non-hierarchical team approach, transactions that Jamie and his teams have been involved in include asset sales, portfolio sales, JV transactions, equity raises, debt assignments, and consulting assignments within every sector of the real estate industry.
